Hunter Warfield uses Montage Talent, a digital interviewing platform to conduct initial interviews with applicants who meet our minimum qualifications. After applying, your qualifications will be reviewed to ensure they meet the job posting requirements. If the requirements are met, you will be sent an email with an invitation to complete a digital and/or voice interview. This information, along with instructions, is typically sent out within 3-5 business days of receipt of your application. After evaluation, if you are selected to move forward, a member of our HR team will contact you to advise you of the next steps in the interviewing process. Failure to complete your digital interview will end the application process and we will consider your application withdrawn.
